If you live in Bayside, Queens, or near that, you can find these packs in Raindew(Bottom Floor, Cashiers Area), a shop next to Walbaums. They do not stay very long and they will probably start selling XY: Flashfire expansions in January. I don't know why, but I never saw those there, even though they were released earlier.
